Translations Coordinator (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Coordinate localization requirements, language deadlines, study documentation, and deployment plans across multiple clinical research projects.
• Create and maintain localization trackers, timelines, language tasks, and status updates for internal, sponsor, vendor, and external study teams.
• Manage translation vendors and support translation assistants while coordinating document review, approval, and delivery.
• Use company software to export and import translation files, manage document uploads, and communicate sponsor-specific requirements.
• Initiate localization testing, participate in system testing, identify localization-related bugs, and coordinate system fixes.
• Manage software releases in development and validation environments while prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Technology proficiency and experience in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Foundational knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Prior experience in translation or localization, pharma, biotech, CRO, eClinical, eCOA, or EDC is preferred.
