Developer - Ecommerce Tech Enablers (eCommerce)

Location: Based at the hirify.global Head Office in Leicestershire, with hybrid working options across Leicester and Doncaster

What you will do

• Modernise legacy application frameworks and migrate foundational systems while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Analyse complex business requirements and create technical solutions, migration proposals, and structured requirement analyses.
• Work with non-technical stakeholders, developers, and testers to align delivery with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain software engineering standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members, document migration workflows, and transfer optimised processes to internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL, WCF Services, Web APIs, and SSIS package management.
• Practical experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and Bootstrap for responsive web applications.
• Understanding of Windows and IIS environments, plus Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycles and supporting mixed-discipline teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
