Senior Consultant - Project Manager / Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in the United States, with residence within reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office or approved coworking location. Client-site work may be required based on engagement needs, and office or coworking attendance is expected at least three days per week between client engagements.

Base salary: $118,300–$122,400 annually, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, map processes, and identify automation and modernization opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate AI, generative AI, copilots, and intelligent automation use cases against business needs.
• Collaborate with technical, data, IT, product, and engineering teams on implementations, integrations, testing, reporting, and governance.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, sprint ceremonies, executive meetings, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Develop client-ready business cases and recommendations, contribute to proposals and business development, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience delivering complex business or technology transformation projects and managing planning, risks, stakeholders, and budgets.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, user stories, facilitating workshops, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with generative AI, enterprise AI tools, copilots, or intelligent automation, plus experience working with engineering, product, IT, or data teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including executive communication, with experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in energy, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors.
• Experience with AI transformation, intelligent automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Gemini.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid delivery methods, ERP, CRM, EAM, GIS, Workday, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP, change management, user adoption, or certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma.
