Business Insights Senior Analyst (AI/ML)

Location: Onsite at 200 Station Drive, Westwood, Massachusetts, United States; 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Lead procurement and sourcing analytics using supplier performance, spend, contract, and market intelligence data.
• Develop analytical frameworks, scoring methodologies, predictive models, and risk analytics for supplier and contract insights.
• Integrate internal business systems, transactional data, and external sources into a comprehensive sourcing data environment.
• Design ETL workflows, automate data flows, and build reporting views and dashboards in Tableau.
• Establish data capture, integration, quality, integrity, compliance, monitoring, and reliability standards.
• Support AI/ML use-case development, solution evaluation, access controls, risk reviews, technology adoption, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in senior analytics, procurement operations, category management, consulting, or a related role.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Oracle databases, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, risk management, compliance, and decision-support analytics.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, ETL pipelines, Alteryx, data lakes, SAP Ariba, Microsoft AX, and advanced Excel including Power Query, Power Pivot, macros, and VBA.
• Must work onsite in Westwood, Massachusetts, United States.
