What you will do

• Develop qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing, exploring, and assessing large datasets.
• Design strategies for extracting meaning and value from complex, variably structured data.
• Apply mathematical, statistical, computational, programming, and machine-learning methods to data analysis.
• Translate mission needs and analytical questions into technical requirements.
• Evaluate competing technical solutions while accounting for NSA/CSS data collection, processing, storage, and analytical capabilities.
• Communicate complex technical information and principled conclusions to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, data science, operations research, computer science, engineering, physical sciences, or a related computational field.
• Relevant experience with machine learning, data science, analytical algorithms, programming, statistical analysis, data management, data mining, data modeling, artificial intelligence, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, such as Python.
• Expertise in AI/ML and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required.
