Location: Hybrid in New York or the San Francisco Bay Area, United States

Salary: $122,000–$199,000 USD annually, depending on level and location. Bonuses and equity are included in full-time offers.

What you will do

• Scope, develop, and deploy end-to-end statistical and machine learning solutions for operational problems.
• Analyze customer problems and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and outcomes.
• Translate inconsistent data, latency requirements, and other real-world constraints into stable, scalable solutions.
• Iterate on solutions using real-time feedback from operators and clients.
• Build reusable tooling and infrastructure to accelerate model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders, clients, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on data science experience through professional work, internships, coursework, or research projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling from end to end.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, unstructured environments and willingness to be on-call for customers when needed.
