Senior Data Scientist - Content (Machine Learning)

Location: Remote - US

Base pay: $170,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus equity; an annual bonus may apply depending on the role.

What you will do

• Develop and implement data science strategies for lead scoring, churn modeling, pricing, personalization, and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with hirify.globalering and business stakeholders to turn analysis into implemented solutions and measurable business impact.
• Own end-to-end data science initiatives, including data gathering, analysis, feature hirify.globalering, model selection, training, inference, and monitoring.
• Improve data infrastructure and analytics capabilities in partnership with data infrastructure and analyst teams.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or ML hirify.globaler in high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, including scikit-learn, NumPy, and pandas, as well as SQL.
• MS or PhD in mathematics, statistics, operations research, economics, hirify.globalering, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Ability to prioritize simple, effective machine learning solutions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take initiative.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and Streamlit.
