Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote role available in LatAm, North Macedonia, Portugal, or Serbia

What you will do

• Own complex software development projects from scope and planning through delivery.
• Plan timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and work breakdowns.
• Manage project risks, blockers, performance metrics, quality, and closing activities.
• Select and implement Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and lead project ceremonies.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, expectations, and cross-team alignment.
• Drive retrospectives, peer feedback, mentorship, and continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management for software development.
• Client-facing project experience in a consultancy or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project tools such as JIRA and Notion.
• Experience working remotely with multicultural, distributed teams.
• Excellent English is required for meetings, customer calls, and business communications.
• CV must be written in English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with backend, data, and DevOps workflows.
