What you will do
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in quality laboratory environments while managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Define project scope with cross-functional teams and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead project teams, promote continuous improvement, and drive adoption of IT project management best practices.
- Prepare project status reports and manage vendors supporting IT quality laboratory projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification and 7+ years of IT project management experience focused on quality assurance.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management, with a record of delivering complex IT projects.
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and document management systems (DMS).
- Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
