What you will do

• Develop and implement tailored delivery strategies during the RFP and bid defense cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other functions to create feasible, differentiated proposals.
• Analyze therapeutic, operational, market, competitive, and internal data to shape long-term project strategies.
• Enable project delivery teams to implement sold strategies and mentor assigned Project Leaders.
• Support customer and bid defense meetings through team preparation, presentations, and leadership.
• Identify quality issues, guide corrective and preventive actions, and ensure project budgets meet financial goals.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the scientific, clinical operations, real-world, regulatory, commercial, and competitive oncology landscape.
• Strong understanding of the biopharma industry, drug development lifecycle, and operational clinical trial delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, influencing, customer management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead virtual teams in a matrix organization and work strategically across projects and portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences and relevant global clinical research experience at director level, including operational delivery or drug development experience in oncology; prior CRO industry experience is required.
