Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Rochester Innovation Center, United States; 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am

Salary: $60,000–$93,750 per year

What you will do

• Assign team tasks and lead daily production activities to meet manufacturing schedules and deliverables.
• Oversee assembly processes, quality standards, throughput metrics, and schedule conformance.
• Train and cross-train employees on assembly procedures, manufacturing processes, and product protocols.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering to define assembly procedures and associated training.
• Coordinate with Production Management, Cell Leaders, scheduling, and cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
• Lead 5S activities, maintain material and inventory accuracy, and enforce OSHA and facility safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a technology product manufacturing facility.
• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management, attention to detail, and task follow-through.
• Results-oriented approach with high standards of professionalism and accountability.
