People Business Partner – AI Transformation - 2 Year FTC (AI)

Location: Shirebrook, England, United Kingdom; Meadow Lane, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders on AI-driven transformation and operating model change.
• Design organisations and evolve roles in line with automation and AI initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and capability mapping for future-ready teams.
• Enable learning and leadership capability to support AI adoption.
• Lead and support change management to drive engagement and sustainable adoption.

Requirements

• Experience as a People Business Partner with strong change and transformation experience.
• Background in organisation design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled or digital transformation.
• Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
