Senior People Partner (PropTech)

Location: Manchester, UK — hybrid, with up to 4 days working from home per week

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Build scalable people systems, processes, and standards for a rapidly growing business.
• Develop and embed an internal levels framework and compensation and reward approach.
• Define and embed standards of excellence across the business.
• Coach senior managers and leaders and build manager capability at scale.
• Use AI and technology to improve People operations and employee experience.
• Work closely with the Head of People and People Partner on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience operating as a Senior People Partner and designing people systems for growth.
• Previous experience scaling People functions in SaaS businesses.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on business and team impact.
• Credibility and communication skills to influence managers and leaders.
• AI-native mindset and willingness to use AI as a productivity tool while preserving the human element of People Partnering.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

• Experience coaching senior managers and leaders through rapid organizational growth.

• In-person interview with two members of the People team.
• Final interview with two members of the senior leadership team.
