What you will do

• Grow consumer and business banking relationships for businesses with less than $2 million in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct client appointments inside and outside the branch, and create referrals to relevant banking partners.
• Build relationships across Business Banking, Mortgage, Wealth Management, and Private Bank partner networks.
• Deliver tailored solutions covering deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Resolve client issues, advocate for customers across internal departments, and support client loyalty.
• Manage risk, follow banking policies and procedures, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, business acumen, prospecting, selling, customer needs, and customer experience management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Must work in the Waco North Valley Mills branch; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
