Relationship Manager Associate Tech Banking (Fintech)

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain a portfolio of Specialty Banking client relationships while supporting senior relationship managers.
• Meet with existing and prospective clients to promote banking products, identify needs, and develop deposit and financial solutions.
• Negotiate and price depository products and services while supporting relationship profitability.
• Monitor relationship results, deposit activity, account profitability, and opportunities to expand or discontinue accounts.
• Coordinate with product specialists and internal departments to resolve client and operational issues.
• Apply bank policies, regulatory requirements, credit judgment, and risk controls while developing new profitable relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience managing deposit-based client relationships or portfolios in financial services or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with bank products and services.
• Knowledge of Specialty Banking products, policies, procedures, and banking operations.
• Strong sales, communication, organizational, analytical, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work in the Los Angeles office and respond to clients across out-of-state time differences.
