What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve complex issues, process transactions accurately, and balance daily.
• Develop business through appointments, outside calling, referrals, customer follow-up, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, policies, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• At least three of the required active FINRA or related licenses, including Series 6 or 7, Series 63 or 66, State Life and Health Insurance License, and SIE.
• Any remaining required licenses must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, sales, banking, lending, investment, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and two or more years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services.
