Senior Full Stack Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: On-site five days per week in San Francisco or New York, United States

Salary: $180,000–$280,000 base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship production features across frontend, backend, and AI integration layers.
• Develop LLM-powered applications with orchestration, tool calling, context management, evaluations, and multi-step workflows.
• Build reliable backend services and APIs using Go, Python, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.
• Own projects end to end, making decisions about architecture, scalability, and delivery.
• Work directly with enterprise customers, incorporate feedback, and improve the product through continuous iteration.
• Help establish engineering practices and technical foundations as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background.
• Experience building and shipping production applications integrating LLMs or other AI capabilities.
• Strong backend engineering skills in Go or another typed language, plus Python experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and production database operations.
• Understanding of modern LLM development patterns, including orchestration, tool calling, context management, and evaluations.
• Experience owning significant engineering projects, making independent technical decisions, and incorporating customer feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI, AI agents, or multi-step automated workflows.
• Early-stage startup or founding engineer experience.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, GCP, or infrastructure as code.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products.
