Growth Engineer (AI)

Location: United States (Remote)

Base salary: $160K–$280K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture, content flow, integrations, and technical evolution of hirify.global.com.
• Build the website platform, CMS workflows, component systems, localization foundations, and interactive experiences in partnership with brand and design.
• Own forms, gated content, event tracking, attribution, and integrations between the website and go-to-market systems.
• Implement engineering practices and technical work supporting SEO and AEO programs.
• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents for marketing use cases, taking them from prototype to production.
• Define agent evaluation criteria, guardrails, human review steps, custom tooling, and feedback for product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, web development, AI/ML engineering, or growth engineering.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills across application code, APIs, data, and infrastructure using Python, TypeScript, Node, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Ability to work independently, learn unfamiliar domains quickly, own outcomes, and explain technical tradeoffs to marketing stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience owning a marketing website.
• Technical SEO and AEO experience based on testing.
• Experience integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, GA4, or GTM.
