Supplier Risk and Onboarding Intern

Location: Hybrid, Warsaw, Poland; a valid Polish work permit and residency are required

Salary: 31.40 PLN per hour

What you will do

• Support global business partners with supplier onboarding and risk assessment processes.
• Answer Aravo user questions and resolve issues through ServiceNow tickets, email, Teams, and calls.
• Monitor vendor onboarding progress and bank account change requests, following up with business owners.
• Collect customer feedback and route it to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Review and improve internal process documentation.
• Collaborate on technical issues and small continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Valid work permit and residency in Poland.
• Customer communication skills in verbal and written formats.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, accountability, and multitasking ability.
• Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset.
