Global Project Engineering Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Flexible, with regular presence required at the Parma office, Italy

Salary: €52,240–€65,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus scheme

What you will do

• Plan and deliver major strategic industrial and non-industrial projects supporting the consolidation and expansion of the manufacturing network.
• Define project goals, objectives, governance, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, procurement, communications, sustainability, and energy assessments.
• Lead project phases from selection through close-out, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate design, construction, FAT, installation, and SAT activities with subject-matter experts and external companies.
• Manage project teams, sponsors, stakeholders, internal experts, and external partners across international projects.
• Prepare project status reports and support local structures in assessing the impact and cost of new site implementations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electronic Engineering.
• Significant pharmaceutical-sector experience, including management of complex national and international projects.
• Strong knowledge of project development phases and engineering practices.
• Good knowledge of GMP, Quality Assurance principles, technical standards, and regulations.
• Ability to deliver against time, cost, quality, HSE, and compliance targets.
• Strong organizational, planning, decision-making, leadership, teamwork, stakeholder-management, and contract-management skills.
