Project Manager Equipment Supply (PMES)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project execution, confirming scope, responsibilities, and milestones at project kick-off.
• Manage scope changes and assess their impact on schedule, cost, and quality.
• Own project planning and monitor critical activities to support on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate Engineering, S&OP, Procurement, Quality, Production Centers, and suppliers throughout order fulfilment.
• Anticipate risks, resolve deviations, escalate critical issues, and report project KPIs.
• Share lessons learned and coach the team to improve ways of working and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent English.
• Strong project planning and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving, prioritization, and change.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Supply Chain experience, particularly 2–3 years, or beverage industry experience is a plus but not required.
