Project Manager System Business (Energy)

Location: Hybrid work in Amadora, Lisboa, Portugal; the role is also associated with Milano, Italy. Occasional travel to customer sites and internal meetings may be required.

Salary: €50,000–€68,000 gross per year, including fixed and variable components.

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, deliverables, and milestones.
• Organize project execution, assign responsibilities, and track progress through delivery.
• Act as the primary customer contact and maintain clear communication and expectations.
• Lead negotiations with customers and vendors and review deliverables for quality and contractual compliance.
• Control budgets, oversee procurement and invoicing, and present financial reports to management.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience managing large or complex projects in industrial or B2B systems environments.
• Advanced project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and customer relationship management skills.
• Advanced Italian and English proficiency required.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel occasionally to customer sites and internal meetings.
