What you will do

• Design and architect data solutions for multi-source system integration.
• Create scalable datasets supporting analytics and reporting platforms.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and specifications.
• Design data models, ETL/ELT processes, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Ensure scalability, performance, data quality, validation, and error handling.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, DBAs, and stakeholders; support backend development and document technical solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles, including 3+ years with Azure data platform services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Storage, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Databricks, Spark SQL, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, dimensional modeling, star schemas, ETL/ELT patterns, data warehouse and data lake architecture.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
• Experience with APIs, multi-source integration, data quality, CI/CD, Git, Infrastructure as Code, and Azure security concepts.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Power BI, reporting concepts, metrics, KPIs, and business intelligence knowledge.
• Azure DevOps, ARM templates, RBAC, Key Vaults, and cloud security experience.
• Experience in agriculture or agribusiness, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and Agile methodologies.
