Solution Specialist, Finance Systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)

What you will do

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Work with Finance partners to document current-state processes, define future-state requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs, configuration recommendations, process improvements, and implementation plans.
• Assess impacts, risks, dependencies, and priorities across finance processes, data, integrations, and controls.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution, business approval, releases, data migrations, and quarterly Oracle upgrades.
• Drive adoption through process documentation, user guides, training materials, partner communication, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, module interactions, and third-party integrations.
• Experience delivering at least two full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including Record-to-Report solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax; Receivables and Payables knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with configuration or development, SIT, UAT, release packaging, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to prepare functional design documents, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Experience assessing change impacts and communicating solution options to business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Oracle EPM, or Master Data Management.
• Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Concur, or Kyriba.
• Experience in a global or international business environment.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation, Oracle Integration Cloud, or other automation solutions.
