Director; Software Test Engineering

What you will do

• Lead the Testing Pillar’s multi-year transformation roadmap and strategic plans for hirify.global’s client product testing tools.
• Manage a team of analysts and consultants across a regional or shared-service remit.
• Oversee go-to-market planning, launch readiness, training, adoption, and post-launch optimization for an enterprise testing platform.
• Integrate AI, automation, intelligent analytics, and machine learning into testing products and operational workflows.
• Develop dashboards, reports, performance metrics, documentation, and process improvement plans for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate product, engineering, design, support, client services, and regional testing teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience delivering large initiatives with demonstrated business value.
• At least 5 years of software testing experience, including payments, mobile, web-based, and client-server applications using manual and automated testing.
• At least 5 years in product management, project management, or product operations roles.
• Proven people leadership and experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Strong AI expertise, including adoption, implementation, product integration, automation, intelligent analytics, and machine learning.
• Degree in computer or process engineering, MIS, or a technology-related field; familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and deploying client-facing testing tools or similar solutions.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies.
• Exposure to customer success or support operations.
