Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States, or San Francisco, California, United States. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. Relocation to a hirify.global hub location may be supported.

Salary: $159,000–$187,000 USD in San Francisco, or $134,000–$158,000 USD in Denver.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority product programs from early customer access through general availability and post-launch follow-through.
• Build integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, decisions, success measures, and escalations.
• Run quarterly and annual product planning with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership.
• Define, track, and report product KPIs, operational metrics, and SLAs with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and processes using tools such as Claude Skills, Cowork, and Codex.
• Own cross-departmental initiatives, including internal tool rollouts and PRD templates, and improve launch practices through retrospectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, or business operations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional launches or multi-quarter programs from strategy through rollout and adoption.
• Experience building repeatable roadmap, prioritization, and planning systems across product and engineering teams.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Claude Skills, Cowork, or Codex.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including concise, decision-ready updates for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS, phased rollouts, or compliance-driven environments.
• Familiarity with FCRA, EEOC, GDPR, or CCPA requirements.
