Staff Program Manager – Product Operations & NPI (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California, USA, with three days per week in the office

Base salary: $164,000–$205,000 USD per year, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and orchestrate multiple product development and launch programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and act as the central liaison across product, sales, and technical teams.
• Identify program risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maximize the impact of product innovation.
• Provide clear progress updates on objectives and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Optimize operational processes and integrate feedback into continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or New Product Introduction.
• Experience managing complex new product introductions and programs.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to align stakeholders and provide clear updates to senior leadership.
• Active exploration and practical integration of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated use of AI technologies to drive measurable operational efficiency.
• Strategic program leadership from inception through delivery.
• Experience with risk mitigation, bottleneck resolution, and continuous improvement.
