Senior UI/UX Designer (Unity)

Location: Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E15 2GW; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the studio

hirify.global is the SEGA Europe studio behind Football Manager, developing football management games for an expanding audience across multiple platforms.

What you will do

• Shape new Football Manager features with Game Design and Creative Leads.
• Own end-to-end UI/UX design, from concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and detailed specifications.
• Turn complex gameplay systems and deep information into clear, intuitive, and enjoyable interfaces.
• Design accessible experiences across mouse and keyboard, controller, and touch input.
• Collaborate with engineers to prototype, implement, and polish designs in Unity.
• Contribute to the UI design system, present design decisions, support production planning, and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• Professional UI/UX design experience in software or games, including features shipped from concept to release.
• Portfolio demonstrating the design process and polished final work.
• Strong UX, visual design, accessibility, user research, usability testing, and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Experience designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, detailed specifications, and design systems.
• Expert use of Figma and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including presenting design decisions and mentoring other designers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity.
• Animation or motion design skills, including After Effects or Principle.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Interest in Football Manager and football.
