Lead Service Designer

What you will do

• Deliver high-profile digital products and services for major UK companies and public-sector organisations.
• Analyse user needs, business objectives, and operational contexts in complex service areas.
• Create design concepts, user experience designs, and end-to-end service blueprints.
• Define vision and outcomes for products, services, and programmes.
• Lead design workshops and design sprints with delivery teams, stakeholders, and users.
• Rapidly design and test digital prototypes with users.

Requirements

• Experience delivering services in the UK public sector, working to GDS standards, and passing Service Standard Assessments.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams on large and complex transformation projects.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate across teams and organisations.
• Ability to understand user and business requirements together with wider operational and organisational contexts.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex business and technical challenges and managing stakeholder expectations.
