Location: Preferably spend first few months in Milan office, then work from Milan, London, or remotely from selected timezones.

Salary: £54,545 in UK and €52,246 elsewhere for starters; £66,779–£149,636 in UK and €63,965–€143,330 elsewhere for experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Create outstanding UI and UX designs from concept to delivery with a human-first approach.
• Use prototyping tools to design intuitive interactions and explore innovations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers on mobile and desktop apps.
• Conduct user testing and research to keep customers central to product design.
• Balance high-value user solutions with implementation complexity alongside engineers.
• Leverage usage data to evaluate and improve design impact.
