Web Designer (AI)

Location: Remote in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, the Philippines, the EU or the UK; work asynchronously in the timezone of choice with availability until midday Pacific Time every weekday.

Compensation: $75,000–$150,000 per year, including equity.

What you will do

• Own web conversion from insight and offer development through design, implementation and live results.
• Design landing pages, websites, funnels, quizzes and onboarding flows for multiple healthcare brands and markets.
• Develop value propositions and user experiences that motivate patients to take the next step toward treatment.
• Move designs from Figma into frontend code using Webflow and ship without a developer handoff queue.
• Use AI to design, build and generate landing pages and A/B tests at high speed.
• Build scalable AI workflows, components and templates while maintaining brand quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing high-performing websites and landing pages, with a results-focused portfolio.
• Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion principles, hierarchy, copy, proof and friction.
• Ability to create compelling USPs and value propositions.
• Comfort translating personal designs into frontend code; Webflow experience is helpful.
• Daily use of AI in design workflows and ability to build AI systems that scale output.
• Experience with CRO, A/B or multivariate testing, analytics, product flows, responsive design and page performance.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated industries.
• Experience building design systems and adapting pages for multiple countries and languages.
• Understanding of SEO and the effect of design choices on page speed.
