Manager Finance Consulting (ERP/IFRS)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with flexible working hours.

Company

European digital-first e-commerce business operating an online automotive aftermarket platform across 27 European countries.

What you will do

• Lead cross-departmental finance transformation projects and define requirements for ERP and digital solution implementations with IT.
• Design, automate, and improve finance workflows, digital processes, and data analysis.
• Own inventory valuation, COGS, and quarterly impairment calculations under HGB and IFRS.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and advise operational Accounting teams on complex technical accounting topics.
• Develop financial policies, prepare Section 312 AktG dependent company reports, create management presentations, and deliver training.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial advisory, ideally in a Big Four or equivalent consultancy, scale-up, or fast-growing corporate environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting operations, standard process streams, and analytical finance architecture.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and applying change management principles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and LucaNet; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Signavio, Power Pivot, or SQL.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
