Senior Manager, Treasury & E-Payment Operations (E-Commerce)

Location: Primary location in either the Cologne, Germany or Sevenum, Netherlands office, with regular weekly on-site presence and occasional visits to the other office.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately six people.
• Own daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment.
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Improve treasury processes and systems in close collaboration with Finance, Tech, and IT.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in treasury and/or e-payment operations.
• Initial leadership experience and a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with ERP and payment systems and collaboration with Tech teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
