Identity & Access Management Engineer

What you will do

• Own and improve identity operations, including Active Directory, user and group lifecycle management, and access processes.
• Develop and maintain RBAC, identity governance, access reviews, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Investigate complex access, authentication, and authorization issues, analyze permission paths, and identify root causes.
• Improve documentation and operational processes while identifying automation opportunities and introducing IAM tools.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and application teams on access models, service onboarding, and identity management improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory, IAM, or related enterprise IT operations.
• Understanding of Active Directory, IAM, RBAC, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle concepts.
• Experience managing users, groups, permissions, and access-related processes.
• Experience investigating complex access or authentication issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, ownership, and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity Governance, enterprise IAM solutions, SCIM, SSO, identity provisioning, or enterprise SaaS access management.
• Experience with PowerShell, APIs, or other automation tools.
• Experience with RBAC implementation, role models, access reviews, or access certification.
• Knowledge of Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, Segregation of Duties, and least-privilege principles.
• Participation in IAM, security, or infrastructure improvement projects.
