IT Systems Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Entra ID access requests, onboarding and offboarding, group memberships, access packages, MFA, and conditional access changes.
• Monitor and renew registered-app secrets and SSO/SAML certificates, and provide first-pass SCIM provisioning and cross-system troubleshooting.
• Administer SaaS applications, including Atlassian tools, user provisioning, license tracking, procurement intake, renewals, and cost audits.
• Support enterprise AI tools and integrations, including Claude, Bedrock, Letter AI, Clay, Granola, and MCP integrations.
• Execute endpoint management, patching, CVE remediation, OS end-of-life, and assigned system rollout tasks.
• Own escalated help-desk tickets, document solutions, identify security anomalies, and escalate higher-risk issues to the senior systems engineer.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or identity and access management.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, SSO/SAML, and basic SCIM provisioning, or strong aptitude to learn them quickly.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and managing concurrent requests with competing priorities.
• Strong written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to document work clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and act as the first point of contact for escalated end-user issues.
• The ability to travel periodically for work.

Nice to have

• Experience administering enterprise SaaS applications, including provisioning and license management.
• Interest in enterprise AI platform administration and experience using AI-supported productivity tools.
