IT Systems & IAM Engineer

Location: Madrid, Spain; the role is hybrid with approximately 80% onsite work. The description also references joining the Tech team in Barcelona.

Salary: €30,000–€42,800 gross annual. Additional compensation information lists €36,300–€41,800.

What you will do

• Own the Identity and Access Management architecture, including user identities, roles, and organizational positions.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for high-volume onboarding.
• Align access governance policies with Legal, Security, Infrastructure, Support, and Systems teams.
• Manage application access, single sign-on, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Use AI tools, integration platforms, webhooks, REST APIs, and scripting to reduce manual operational work.

Requirements

• Hybrid office presence in Madrid, Spain, with approximately 80% onsite work.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures.
• Basic scripting skills and familiarity with Python, TypeScript, Bash, or Ruby on Rails.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with legal, security, infrastructure, and platform stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with fast-paced technology companies or scale-ups managing high-volume onboarding.
• Familiarity with automated SaaS management tools and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using AI or YepCode to streamline operations.
• Experience building scalable cloud solutions without legacy technical debt.
