What you will do

Research high-potential accounts and build targeted contact lists.
Create personalized outbound messaging using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot.
Initiate discovery conversations about automation challenges, workflows, and process types such as welding, blasting, and sanding.
Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives and Solutions Managers.
Partner with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
Track objections, competitor mentions, feature requests, CRM records, and weekly outbound metrics.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM and outbound tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to manage multiple prospecting cycles in parallel.

Nice to have

Experience in B2B technology, robotics, or industrial automation.
Technical curiosity about robotics, CAD, or manufacturing processes.
