Trade Compliance Specialist with Foreign Languages

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage trade document creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch.
• Support air, ocean, ground, import, and export trade activities.
• Support regional customs clearance and certificate management processes.
• Provide operational guidance, troubleshooting support, and coverage across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure continuity, accuracy, and timely execution across trade compliance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Detail-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, and strong analytical skills.
• Availability for office-based work in Wrocław.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
• Project management experience.
