Production Planner with French (Automotive)

Location: Wroclaw Kowalska, Poland. Hybrid working model with at least four days per week in the office; travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, set priorities, and monitor schedule attainment.
• Work with manufacturing teams and value stream leadership to resolve supply constraints and balance service, inventory, and cost.
• Control short- and mid-term capacity for assigned work centers and escalate capacity constraints.
• Analyze production data and lead or participate in improvements to planning parameters and processes.
• Monitor metrics including backorders, lead time adherence, OTIF, and inventory.
• Manage working and non-working inventory to meet compliance and investment targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least two years of experience in supply chain, preferably in production planning within a dynamic, high-volume production environment.
• Experience across demand, supply, production, and procurement planning.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Intermediate English and French skills in speaking and writing are required.

• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft 365 applications.
