Trade Compliance Senior Analyst (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch of trade documents.
• Support air, ocean, ground, import, and export activities.
• Support regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management.
• Provide operational guidance, troubleshooting support, and coverage across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure continuity, accuracy, and timely execution across trade compliance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Previous experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective communication skills.
• Availability for full-time, office-based work in Wrocław.

• Knowledge of Spanish.
