HR Specialist (EOR)

Location: Czech Republic (Remote-First)

Annual gross fixed pay: 658,400–823,000 CZK, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Support onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations across the Czech Republic.
• Manage complex employee-relations cases, sensitive meetings, and legally sound documentation.
• Advise clients on benefits, compliance, workforce planning, employment contracts, and risk mitigation across EMEA.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Support performance improvement plans, salary changes, immigration, and employee mobility.
• Lead compliance governance, knowledge transfer, process optimization, and AI adoption initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Deep expertise in regional labor laws and experience supporting complex employee-relations matters.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, Slack, and similar collaboration tools.
• Ability to work remotely from the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Knowledge of the EOR industry.
• Experience managing employee lifecycles in Germany or Austria.
