What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year customer experience transformation strategy for Global Individual Health.
• Design a differentiated service proposition based on customer, market, competitor, and broker needs.
• Shape the systems, processes, governance, and organizational capabilities supporting global operations.
• Lead daily business operations, improving efficiency, accountability, and customer outcomes.
• Drive transformation across operations, technology, automation, digital innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Establish performance metrics and lead senior stakeholders through growth, modernization, and organizational change.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and leading successful teams in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven success owning and improving the complete customer experience and leading large-scale transformation.
• Strong strategic, technical, financial, commercial, analytical, and execution capabilities.
• Experience leading complex organizations through growth, change, and modernization.
• Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, executive influence, and decision-making skills.
• Healthcare, consumer finance, or another regulated-sector background is preferred; MBA or degree-level education is also preferred.
