What you will do
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team.
- Build the operational backbone supporting go-to-market scaling.
- Own planning cadence, KPI infrastructure, and reporting systems.
- Prepare board and investor materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional GTM execution and alignment.
- Structure ambiguous information and support faster leadership decisions.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in VC, consulting, or a high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Experience building processes, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Comfort operating without a predefined scope.
Nice to have
- Background in life sciences or biotech.
- Experience supporting founders or senior executives.
- Exposure to scaling go-to-market functions.
