Quality Engineer (MedTech)

Location: Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Perform QA tests, including leak analysis.
• Review quality processes and procedures for compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate atypical events, complaints, and quality NCRs, and initiate local holds where required.
• Own and approve CAPAs, change controls, and quality system commitments.
• Collaborate with batch release teams and operations.
• Perform continuous improvement activities, compliance monitoring, and Gemba reviews.

Requirements

• Scientific or engineering degree qualification is essential.
• Experience with quality improvement and problem-solving tools, data interpretation, and investigation processes.
• Experience with critical equipment and process change control and validation.
• Manufacturing and quality assurance experience.
• Knowledge of equipment calibration and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TrackWise or a similar quality management system.
