What you will do

• Define standard quality processes, structure process descriptions, and support their application across relevant segments.
• Analyze quality reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to assure the quality of products, materials, components, and operations.
• Monitor supplier performance and support changes that improve production processes.
• Process internal and external complaints and conduct incoming goods inspections.
• Audit quality assurance system compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience.
• Ability to work with suppliers on product and process quality.
• Ability to interpret and train others on relevant industry standards and customer requirements.
• Availability to work onsite in Port Talbot, United Kingdom.
