Quality Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Coleshill, Warwickshire, United Kingdom; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Support the deployment of the quality strategy, culture, systems, tools, and procedures within the local organizational unit.
• Identify and address quality-related risks, opportunities, failures, and non-conformances using quality data analytics.
• Facilitate customer case resolution through root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Support quality-related communication and collaborate with local functions to achieve quality targets.
• Develop and manage suppliers, including supplier approval and resolution of supplier issues.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving methodology and a hands-on approach to quality improvement.
• Experience with supplier development, approval processes, and supplier issue management.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, internal and supplier auditing, and CAPA implementation.
• Experience developing and implementing quality standards and procedures.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and complete PPAPs.
• Interest in resolving engineering challenges and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
