HCM Consulting Manager (Workday)

Location: Paris, France; willingness to travel in France and internationally is required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end HCM transformation projects and workstreams for global and local clients.
• Advise HR and business leaders on HR operating models, end-to-end processes, and technology strategy.
• Oversee implementations of Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead client workshops, executive presentations, steering committees, and solution design discussions.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coach consultants and contribute to proposals, business development, and HCM practice growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of experience delivering HCM transformation or cloud HCM implementation projects in a consulting environment.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations of Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models and end-to-end HR processes, with experience managing project teams and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Fluent French and English are required.
