Deployment Strategist, Crypto Investigations

Location: France, hybrid; ideally based in Paris

Compensation: €130K, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Support public-sector customer engagements from discovery and pre-sales through investigations, solution delivery, training, and ongoing support.
• Conduct blockchain investigations using hirify.global products, primarily Reactor.
• Build and adapt investigative workflows, queries, reports, and dashboards based on customer requirements.
• Lead customer meetings, demonstrations, investigative walkthroughs, training sessions, and technical briefings.
• Help law-enforcement and intelligence customers develop independent capabilities with hirify.global tools.
• Share customer feedback, investigative insights, and best practices with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, Sales, and Global Services.

Requirements

• Experience in law enforcement, policing, intelligence, financial crime, or another relevant investigative field.
• Experience working with public-sector, law-enforcement, intelligence, or other mission-focused stakeholders.
• Strong investigative judgment, analytical ability, and confidence explaining complex findings to investigators and senior stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude for learning investigative platforms and working with data; software-engineering experience, Python, and SQL are not required.
• Fluency in French is required, including the ability to communicate complex investigative concepts clearly with French-speaking customers.
• Ability to manage customer engagements, develop practical workflows and reports, and lead briefings, demonstrations, and training.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global products, cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain analytics, or financial-crime analysis.
• Experience in traditional finance or financial investigations.
• Experience providing expert evidence or supporting legal proceedings.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML, sanctions screening, MiCA, or the Travel Rule.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or cloud-based analytics tools, or published work related to blockchain analytics or financial crime.
