HCM Associate Consultant (HRTech)

Location: Paris, France; willingness to travel to client sites as required

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Contribute to implementations of Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Gather business requirements through workshops and client meetings.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, solution designs, and project deliverables.
• Support system configuration, testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS, HCM implementation, or business process consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organisational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage assigned workstreams with limited supervision and maintain high attention to detail.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementation projects.
