Staff Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Mostly remote in the United States, with occasional visits to Houston, Texas

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the web platform.
• Build 0-to-1 products and features, then help scale them.
• Develop data-rich dashboards, customer-facing applications, and internal tools.
• Shape front-end architecture, design systems, and engineering standards.
• Work closely with product and design to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web, front-end, or product engineering.
• Deep experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1 and then scaling them.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design systems, and UX.
• Hands-on engineering approach with technical ownership, autonomy, and product thinking.
• Availability for occasional visits to Houston, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT, telemetry, real-time data, or AI-powered products.
